Our team’s main goal is to help business owners become efficient in using QuickBooks. We understand they did not get into business to do bookkeeping but they do understand its importance. It documents how well their business is performing.
There may be times when the business owns there is not enough time to maintain the business and keep the bookkeeping up to date. Our team can help by doing the bookkeeping.

With more than 15 years experience in using QuickBooks on a daily basis, Dena is a member of the QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor program

Accounting
Dena, is a Certified Bookkeeper, certified through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She has more than 30 years accounting and bookkeeping experience in a wide variety of fields, including construction, manufacturing, not-for-profit, professional services, personal services, wholesale and retail.
Educational Background
She also holds a bachelor’s degree from DeVry University in Computer Information Systems, where she concentrated her studies in software and web development.
Other Experience
Ms. Vaughn has been an Accounting Instructor at the Lake Mary, FL campus of ITT Technical Institute.
Thomas (Tom) Vaughn

Tom has been previously certified in several versions of QuickBooks desktop as well as the online version.

Tom Vaughn has over 30 years experience in Computer Information Systems as a technician, a network designer, college professor, and management providing technical support and training in computers and networking around the world
Educational Background
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from Nova University in Professional Management and a masters from University of Phoenix in Computer Information Systems

Mr. Vaughn has been the Program Chair over the Information Technology Department at the Lake Mary, FL. Campus of ITT, Lead Instructor at Lincoln College Online, Technical Trainer at Convergys for NetApp, and an adjunct instructor at various colleges such as DeVry University, Carrington College, Seminole State College

Tom has participated in various groups such as My Leads System Pro (MLSP) and Network Pro. He is continually advancing his education in network marketing and personal development.
